Danny and Leslie Hulls

I joined MAF as a pilot and mechanic and     loved our 12 years in Lesotho serving in that capacity. God made it clear a couple of years ago that it was time to transition out of Africa, and now I am blessed to use my ability and experience to help programs around the world while working in the technology department here at headquarters. I do miss flying, so when I was asked a week ago if I was interested in going back to Lesotho for a few weeks to help fly, I couldn’t say yes fast enough. Currently the Lesotho program has three new families who aren’t yet fully checked out to fly, and a couple of their airplanes are also due for major and time-consuming inspections on the wings and landing gear. Having an experienced pilot come and carry a large portion of the flight load will allow them to finish the needed inspections and still meet the needs of the Basotho in the remote mountain regions. I will leave for Lesotho on October 21st and will return November 10th. Please pray for safety while I fly, that I will be a blessing to the Lesotho team, and for Leslie and the kids while I’m away.
